289 Liverpool Rd

We collaborated with Brass Architecture to produce a series of high-quality visualizations for 289 Liverpool Rd that supported their planning application and showcased the project’s key features. The focus was on illustrating the proposed rear mews house and dormer extension, as well as enhancing the presentation of the existing host building. Our exterior visuals highlighted the modern dormer addition and the rear extension, which is discreetly integrated behind the existing courtyard wall, maintaining harmony with the historic setting.

In addition to the exteriors, we styled and visualized interior spaces to reflect the simplicity and elegance of the architectural design. Key features, such as the sunken courtyard bringing natural light into the living spaces, were shown alongside the interiors of the living room and bedroom to convey the atmosphere envisioned by the architect. The 3D modeling of the street and surrounding context allowed us to fine-tune lighting, composition, and details to best present the design.

These visualizations not only supported the planning process but also provide valuable tools for marketing the project. By clearly communicating the design’s features and its integration within the site, the visuals highlight the unique appeal of 289 Liverpool Rd.
