Situated in the Bayswater area of London, 31 St Petersburgh Place is a period office building built around 1880. The building reflects the architectural style of the era and adds to the neighborhood’s charm. We worked with Trehearne Architects to create a CGI for Capreon, part of the Noé Group. The design features a modern roof extension that complements the structure, improving functionality while respecting its historical context.
An aerial view was requested to highlight the extension. While we considered drone photography, we chose to build the surrounding environment in CGI. This gave us more control over composition and lighting to present the design effectively. The intricate details of two nearby churches made the process challenging. However, we achieved a cohesive and visually striking final image. This project showcases how modern design integrates with historic architecture and highlights the creativity behind 31 St Petersburgh Place.
