70-88 Oxford Street is located on one of London’s most iconic streets, right between Soho and Fitzrovia. This new development blends premium retail units with modern office spaces, bringing contemporary design to a vibrant central location. Its proximity to the Dean Street entrance of the Tottenham Court Road Elizabeth Line station further enhances its appeal as a key part of London’s commercial hub.
We worked with Orms, the architects, to produce a series of CGI visualizations focused on the interior spaces. These included the lobbies, Category A office areas, basement end-of-trip facilities, and lift cores. The visuals played a key role in the design process, helping Orms and the client, Great Portland Estates, refine their vision and communicate the character and functionality of the interiors.
The CGIs brought the design for 70-88 Oxford Street to life, showcasing the carefully planned spaces that prioritize both usability and aesthetic quality. By illustrating these key areas, the visualizations provided an essential tool for collaboration and helped articulate the design’s strengths to all stakeholders.
