Situated in Dunton Green, Sevenoaks, Kent, this adaptive reuse building project revitalizes an industrial structure, transforming it into a vibrant, multi-functional community hub. The design concept, developed by Brass Architecture, includes spaces such as a coffee bar, a central courtyard, a top-floor office, and a rear auditorium. Our role was to create a series of CGIs that effectively visualized these features and captured the essence of the project.
The refurbishment aims to maintain the character of the original structure while giving it a fresh, updated look within budget constraints. This balance highlights the potential of adaptive reuse to meet modern needs without compromising architectural history.
Our architectural visualisations for the project showcased a detailed view of the coffee bar at the entrance, the central courtyard designed as a vibrant community space, the top-floor office with a sleek, modern design, the rear auditorium showcasing its versatility, and two external perspectives highlighting the refreshed façade and overall design proposal.
These CGIs were instrumental in communicating the design’s potential to clients and stakeholders, as well as supporting the planning application process. We also contributed to the interior styling, working closely with Brass Architecture to align the space with their desired aesthetic. Using our extensive 3D furniture library, we enhanced the visuals to create a cohesive and appealing design, showcasing the transformation of this adaptive reuse warehouse building project.
