Air Space Development - Bouverie Lodge

Situated in Beckenham, Bromley, the Air Space Development project at Bouverie Lodge focuses on revitalizing an existing building through upper-level extensions, adding new residential units, and refreshing the overall appearance of the site. The development includes 12 new apartments, two of which are premium top-floor units with panoramic views of London, Kent, and the surrounding counties.

We collaborated with Brass Architecture to create a series of visualizations for the project, including a bird’s-eye view of the new rooftop design and interior perspectives of the apartments. Additionally, we designed the interiors in a style tailored to market the properties effectively, ensuring the visuals captured both the design and potential of this air space development.
