Heddon Street Offices, located just off Regent Street in London, includes two projects: 7 Heddon Street and 23-27 Heddon Street. Both spaces underwent Cat-B refurbishments, designed by Trehearne Architects for The Crown Estate. We were commissioned to produce CGIs for both projects to showcase the designs to the client before completion and to help secure tenants.
At 7 Heddon Street, the refurbishment transformed two floors into approximately 4,000 square feet of high-end, plug-and-play office space. The design features modern finishes, glazed partitioning, updated joinery, new lighting, air conditioning, and upgraded WC facilities.
At 23-27 Heddon Street, the project created a similarly premium workspace with a focus on flexibility and style. Across both buildings, the goal was to deliver contemporary, market-ready office spaces tailored to the needs of modern tenants. These projects exemplify the transformation and quality of Heddon Street Offices.
