For this project, our team created a series of visualizations to support the architect’s planning application for a rear full house extension. We produced exterior views illustrating the addition of a new dormer to the existing house and a concealed house extension behind the existing courtyard wall. Additionally, we crafted some interior visuals showcasing the courtyard, along with new interior spaces like the living room and bedroom, each of which opens up to the serene and luminous surroundings.
These visuals not only aided the architect and client in planning but also serve as high-quality marketing material to attract potential buyers. Our CGIs help everyone involved visualize and communicate Brass’s architectural vision effectively. In today’s competitive market, these visuals are a valuable tool to leave a strong impression on prospective buyers and investors, highlighting the unique and appealing features of the project.
