2 Upper Street

2 Upper Street is a commercial building in Islington, London, just a few meters from Angel Station. Built in the 1980s, it has been redesigned by Trehearne Architects for Legal & General to create a modern and functional workspace. The refurbishment improved the façade and interior, aligning them with contemporary standards and making the building more appealing to tenants.

We worked with Trehearne Architects to create CGIs for marketing materials. The visualizations highlighted the new reception area, open-plan offices, landscaped courtyard, updated toilet cubicles, and outdoor terrace. The CGIs helped showcase the redesign and demonstrate the potential of the transformed spaces at 2 Upper Street.
