46-48 Grosvenor Gardens is a distinguished mid-terraced property located in the heart of Belgravia, offering a blend of architectural elegance and modern amenities. Commissioned by Trehearne Architects and Grosvenor, we were tasked with producing a series of CGI visuals to support two key objectives. The first was to communicate the design vision effectively to Grosvenor, ensuring alignment with their goals. The second was to create compelling marketing materials to attract new tenants before the building’s completion.
The visuals highlight key features of the property, including the refined new reception design, a tall, light-filled courtyard that connects the five floors, premium office Cat A space, end-of-trip facilities, and terraces that offer a stunning view of Belgravia. These CGI images provide a clear and accurate representation of the proposed design, helping clients and potential tenants understand the space and its possibilities.
