One New Change Office: CGI Visualizations for Marketing. We were commissioned by Landsec and Trehearne Architects to create a series of CGI visualizations for the renovation of an office in One New Change, located in St. Paul’s, London. This project aimed to market the space to potential tenants seeking premium, flexible office solutions in a central London location.
Our work included CGI visualizations for both Cat A and Cat B office spaces, along with background photography and interior furniture selection. For the Cat A spaces, the focus was on showcasing the office as a blank canvas, highlighting its adaptability and potential for customization. The Cat B visualizations, based on plans provided by Trehearne Architects, included carefully selected furniture and layouts designed to reflect a modern, functional workspace optimized for productivity.
In addition to office spaces, we visualized the end-of-trip amenities, such as shower rooms, locker facilities, and bicycle parking, emphasizing the building’s modern and functional features. The photorealistic CGI images enabled Landsec to market the One New Change office space to prospective tenants before renovations were completed, allowing them to envision how the offices could meet their specific needs.
This project demonstrated how high-quality visualizations can play a vital role in marketing office spaces, providing prospective tenants with a clear understanding of their potential. Through our collaboration with Landsec and Trehearne Architects, we helped present the One New Change office as a flexible and desirable workspace in one of London’s most sought-after locations.
